Behavioral and Educational Characteristics of Students with Behavioral and Emotional Disorders in Jordan

Objectives: The current study aims to identify behavioral and educational characteristics of students with emotional disorders from the point view their parents.
 Methods: A descriptive approach was employed. sample consisted (1298) aged between (5-15) years, selected through teachers' assessments. scale for built. Behavior emotionality are made up five dimensions: inability learn, inappropriate behavior in social situations, relationship problems colleagues teachers, feelings sadness depression, physical symptoms fears.
 Results: results show that overall average low. indicate there statistically significant differences total score due gender favor males, stage upper school stage.
 Conclusions: finds it is necessary support families children information about disorder how deal it.
